Orders & Payments

What products do you offer?

We offer customized gift items, corporate gifts, promotional products, premium pens, photo frames, silver-coated photo frames, religious and spiritual gifts, camphor (kapoor), festival and occasion gifts, and personalized branding products.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets, all processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is also available on selected products and delivery locations.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD may be offered on selected products and delivery areas. For COD orders we may request a quick telephonic confirmation or address verification before processing.

Are my payment details safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway. We do not store your complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on our servers.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. GST is charged as per applicable law and invoices are issued electronically. Please provide accurate billing details at checkout so we can generate a correct tax invoice.

Customized & Personalized Gifts

Can I personalize my order with names, photos, or a logo?

Absolutely — personalization is our specialty. You can add names, dates, messages, photographs, logos, and custom artwork to a wide range of products.

How does the design approval process work?

For customized items, we share a design proof or mock-up for your review. Production begins only after you approve it, so please check spellings, names, dates, image quality, and layout carefully before confirming.

Can I cancel or change a customized order after approval?

Once you approve the design and production has started, customized and personalized orders cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded, except where required by law. Please review your proof thoroughly before approving.

Who is responsible for the content I upload?

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions for any photos, logos, or artwork you submit. Please make sure your content is lawful and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and depend on your location, the product, and courier performance. Customized items may take longer as they are made to order.

What should I do when my order is delivered?

Please inspect your package immediately on delivery. For any issue, we strongly recommend recording a complete, continuous, unedited unboxing video (see the returns section below) and reporting it within 48 hours.

What if I provided the wrong delivery address?

Please double-check your address before placing an order. Additional costs from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability at delivery may be charged to you.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your return / replacement policy?

A return or replacement may be considered if the product is damaged in transit, the wrong product is delivered, there's a verified manufacturing defect, or an item is missing. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Do I really need an unboxing video?

Yes — for claims involving transit damage, missing items, wrong products, tampering, or short shipment, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. It's the primary evidence we use to verify and approve your claim quickly.

Which products cannot be returned or refunded?

Customized and personalized products, opened or used consumables (like camphor), clearance and sale items, used religious products, and corporate or bulk orders are generally non-returnable, except where required by law.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. The actual credit time then depends on your bank, card issuer, or UPI provider.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Once production, printing, engraving, or packing has started — especially for customized items — cancellation is not possible.

Corporate, Bulk & Special Items

Do you take corporate and bulk orders?

Yes. We regularly handle corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, and bulk orders with custom quotations, specifications, and delivery schedules. Contact us with your requirement and quantity for a quote.

Are your silver-coated frames made of real silver?

Unless stated otherwise, silver-coated products are decorative and are not solid, hallmarked, or investment-grade silver. Being coated, they may naturally tarnish or discolour over time with normal handling.

Do you offer religious and spiritual gifts?

Yes, we offer a range of religious gifts, devotional articles, and ceremonial items for religious, decorative, cultural, personal, and gifting purposes.

We're based at X/1211, Rajgarh Colony, Satsang Marg, Near Jheel Chowk, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi – 110031, India.

What are your business hours?

We're open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays.

How can I raise a complaint or grievance?
